Tanzania!!

I received my invite packet today! I am going to Tanzania as a Health Education Ext Worker, staging Oct 10-11. I am so so so excited! Anybody out there in the same group??

-Mail can take up to 3 months to be delievered.

-ALWAYS WRITE "air mail" on letter/packages.

-Normal letters are 98 cents, so you can combine stamps to equal that.

-Feel free to write something religious such as "Sister Maria" on the envelope/packages. It can stop it from getting searched/stolen and will be mildly entertaining fer me. You can also write "educational materials" etc.

-Use padded envelopes for packages, if possible & try to keep it under 4 pounds.

-Never claim a value over 10 bucks on packages, Ill have to pay high custom fees.
